AccessAdvisr provides the following services:

• Accessibility Reviews: Users can submit, read, and interact with accessibility reviews of various places including restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, shopping centers, and more.
• Location Information: Access to detailed information about places, including accessibility features, amenities, and user-generated content.
• Community Features: Ability to comment, reply, and engage with other users' reviews and content.
• User Profiles: Create and manage personal profiles to track reviews, favorites, and contributions.
• Blogs and Resources: Access to educational content, accessibility guides, and community updates.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Platform.

3.3 Account Termination

• Not submit duplicate or spam reviews
• Not use reviews to promote or advertise services

4.4 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, remove, or refuse to publish any User Content at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so to ensure compliance with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation of all content, is the property of AccessAdvisr or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including:

• Google Maps: We use Google Maps API to provide location services and mapping features. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
• Social Media: You may share content through social media platforms, subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party services.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessAdvisr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccessAdvisr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any User Content you submit
