What We're Looking For
- A composer with experience or interest in creating music for dance, particularly in environments where accessibility matters.
- Someone who can collaborate with performers to integrate visual, spatial, and sensory considerations.
- An ability to adapt compositions so they work well for both trained dancers and audience members with sensory or mobility differences.
Why This Matters
Art and performance should be for everyone. This project aims to set a higher standard for genuine accessibility. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience and participate in the arts, regardless of their abilities or circumstances.

Staff were really friendly at the Cinema. I arrived with The Eldest in a wheelchair, and the other two kids in tow. The Pop Corn Stop which to be fair is usually a nightmare at the Cinema was great here as the server helped me to the Ticket Check point with all the stuff, as She could see i was going to struggle with 2 PopCorns, 3 drinks a Large Tub of Nachos and pushing a wheelchair. Usually at other cinemas, this hasnt happened. We were then directed to our seats.
The good thing about Bridgend Odeon is that the Wheelchair Seats are not the usual right at the front seats. You enter the Cinema, half way up, and walk either up or down steps to your seats. The wheelchair Seats are on the End of Rows of seats in the middle about half way up. So there is no stiff neck anymore. Its a very good place to sit. Fantastic View. More Cinemas should have this design. This will now be our regular Cinema. Cant Fault it. Thanks Odeon Bridgend.
